Building on these values, we have defined our behavioural competencies that set out the desired standards we expect to see on a day to day basis at Impax. Over time these behavioural competencies are being hardwired into all our core people processes – hiring, development, promotion and rewards – to foster accountability.
This behavioural competency framework is designed to help all of our colleagues to deliver their best as Impax employees. The framework will guide you across a range of scenarios – including to evaluate how you are doing, what it takes to succeed at the next level, and to help you in induction discussions with newcomers. It will also help you in 1:1 development and feedback discussions with your manager. A big thank you to all colleagues across Impax who helped develop this framework by providing input on the business challenges and the key behaviours we need to adopt to ensure Impax is a motivational, inclusive and high performing environment.
