Overview
The Impax Global Social Leaders strategy seeks to outperform the broad market by investing in companies addressing long-term secular trends that are shaping society, such as aging population, increased incidence of chronic disease, rising income for the bottom billions, urbanization, and transformational technology, and by investing in companies that exhibit innovative, equitable and inclusive cultures.
Proprietary social taxonomy
Designed to identify long-term growth opportunities driven by demographic and societal needs, across three core pillars that cover all facets of society. Companies must have ≥20% of their underlying revenue generated by sales of products or services that benefit society.
Corporate Culture Indicator
A proprietary framework that seeks to assess workplace factors to help evaluate broader corporate culture.
Social leaders
Fundamental research and proprietary Corporate Resilience Analysis* are employed to identify high-quality, well-run companies with strong competitive advantages that are trading at a significant discount to intrinsic value.
