Xiaxi Cheng

Quantitative Research Analyst

Xiaxi is part of the Quantitative Research Group within the Listed Investment Team at Impax Asset Management. He is responsible for quantitative research supporting alpha generation, investment risk management tools, and data-driven insights at Impax.

Xiaxi joined Impax full-time in 2021 after completing an internship on the trading team. Before that, he worked as a research scientist at M2Lasers, developing UK’s commercial quantum navigation devices. He holds a PhD in Quantum Physics from Imperial College London.
