Fund Finance Analyst- Private Equity/Infrastracture/Finance Team
Philip joined Impax in December 2019. He has lead responsibility for financial control over investment intermediary holding companies while also providing assistance for the financial control over Impax’s New Energy Infrastructure funds. Philip provides deal support during the acquisition and exit phases as well as on an ongoing basis. His responsibilities also include fund reporting and administrative duties, as well as assisting with the Group’s financial year-end reporting.
Before joining Impax, Philip worked at Alter Domus in the Fund Services team where he focused on reporting and administration for a variety of private equity and debt funds. Philip has a BSc in Business Management from the University of Winchester.
