Lauren Cosgrove

Head of Investment Compliance

Lauren serves as the Head of Investment Compliance. She is responsible for compliance oversight of Impax’s listed equities investment and trading business.

Lauren joined Impax in 2019 from BlackRock, where she worked in the compliance advisory team, supporting active and systematic equities, trading and liquidity solutions, transition management and the securities lending business. Previously, she worked as a regulatory advisor at an accountancy firm.

Lauren has a CISI Level 6 Diploma in Investment Compliance and a Chartered Banker Certificate in Climate Risk. Lauren studied Law at Cardiff University.
