Karisma joined Impax in 2019, bringing six years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining Impax, she was an Investment Associate at PASH Global, a renewable independent power producer backed by Trafigura, where she focused on solar and wind investments across Africa.
Earlier in her career, Karisma spent five years at UBS, working within the Global Industrials and Power & Utilities teams. During this time, she supported European renewable energy and infrastructure transactions from UBS’s offices in both India and the UK.
Karisma holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University and a BSc in Chemistry from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
