Quantitative Research Analyst

Iqra is a Quantitative Research Analyst within Impax’s Systematic Investment team. Iqra’s daily responsibilities involve developing innovative tools that streamline workflows, enhance result quality and optimize operational efficiency. While most of her projects involve programming and developing data science solutions for customized use-cases, with a specialization in AI pipelines and natural language processing, she also works with alternate data for the investment team that involves heavy collaboration towards developing investment solutions that utilize non-traditional data.

She also plays a key role in advancing the firm’s Gender Analytics work, including the Impax Gender Score and the Impax Culture Indicator.

Iqra joined Impax full-time in 2023. She holds a BEng Sc degree in Computing and Data Analytics from the University of Hong Kong.
