Kelly Baldoni

Head of Endowment and Foundations

Kelly leads Impax Asset Management’s Endowments and Foundations practice within the North America Client Group. She collaborates with endowments, foundations, and nonprofit organizations to develop mission-aligned investment strategies and to navigate the landscape of investment solutions that support their mission and enhance their impact goals. With extensive expertise in gender lens investing, Kelly previously served as the Head of Global Women’s Strategies at Impax, where she spearheaded efforts in this area. She worked as a specialist on the Impax Ellevate Global Women’s Leadership Fund and created value-added programs designed to help institutions and financial advisors engage more effectively with clients—particularly women and the next generation—on sustainable investing concepts.

Prior to joining Impax in 2014, Kelly worked in sales at a boutique ETF investment manager and she began her career in investor services at Eaton Vance.

In 2023, Kelly was named to Pensions & Investments’ inaugural list of Influential Women in Institutional Investing. She holds the FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations and is a registered representative of Foreside Financial Services, LLC. Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in human rights from Trinity College-Hartford and is a graduate of Wharton’s Women’s Executive Leadership program.
