1 Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (‘SFDR’)

Impax integrates proprietary ESG analysis in the investment process and is actively involved in stewardship activities with investee companies across ESG topics. The product therefore satisfies the disclosure requirements under Article 8 under Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”).

The Fund is actively managed and is not managed in reference to a benchmark.

2  Label ISR: Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) aims to reconcile economic performance with social and environmental impact by financing companies that contribute to sustainable development in all sectors of activity. Criteria for the SRI label includes: the Environment; Social issues; Governance and Respect for human rights (e.g. poverty alleviation). Management companies must demonstrate evidence of the sustainable quality of their investments by demonstrating that they are, at all times, better than their benchmark index or their investment universe on at least two ESG indicators. The SRI label is granted for a period of three years and is registered on an official list for France’s Ministry of Economy and Finance. During the three-year period, interim checks are scheduled to verify that the fund complies with the requirements of the label.   • Negative Screening Risk: The risk that excluding certain sectors or industries based on ESG criteria may limit investment opportunities and impact performance.
  • Engagement Risk: The risk that the fund’s efforts to influence investee companies on ESG matters may not lead to desired outcomes, potentially affecting investment performance.
  • Concentration Risk: The risk that the fund’s investments are concentrated in a particular sector, industry, or geographic region, which may increase exposure to specific risks.
  • Operational Risk: The risk of loss due to failures in internal processes, systems, or external events affecting the fund’s operations.
  • Regulatory Risk: The risk that changes in laws or regulations could adversely affect the fund’s investments or operations.
