The Directors of Impax announce that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013 including notice of the Company's AGM have been sent to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices, Norfolk House, 31 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JR at 11.00am on 10 February 2014.
