John L. Liechty
John has been an Independent Trustee since 2009 and is a member of the governance and compliance committee.
John is founder and principal of Integrated Financial Planning Solutions, a fee-only financial planning firm in Goshen, Indiana. Previously he served as senior vice president of financial services and president of Praxis Mutual Funds, and he held senior roles at the life insurance company Everence.
John serves on the boards of MEA and the Community Foundation of Elkhart County. Previously, he served on the boards of US SIF, Meritas Mutual Funds and several regional nonprofits.
John earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and religion from Bluffton University. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant, a Chartered Life Underwriter and holds the FINRA Series 65.
Nancy S. Taylor
Nancy has served as independent trustee since 2006 and is chair of the governance committee.
She is the twentieth senior minister and CEO of Old South Church in Boston, founded in 1669. Nancy has received several awards and honors for her ministry, including the Emma Willard School’s Distinguished Alumni Award; the Yale Divinity School’s award for Distinction in Congregational Ministry; the Religious Coalition for the Freedom to Marry Building Bridges Award, and the Hewlett Packard Award for Distinguished Leadership in Human Rights.
Nancy co-chairs the Dean’s Advisory Council at Yale Divinity School, and she serves on the advisory boards of both Hebrew College’s Miller Center for Interreligious Life and Boston College’s Center for Religion in American Public Life.
Adrian P. Anderson
Adrian has served as an Independent Trustee since 2007 and is currently chair of the audit committee.
Since the late 1970s, Adrian has held several roles in the financial services industry, including portfolio manager, investment consultant, executive director and CEO. Today he is a tax accountant with Shwiff, Levy & Polo in San Francisco.
Adrian earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Juris Doctor from the Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University.
Adrian supports Girl Scouts and the United Nations Children’s Fund. He is founder of a charity golf tournament that has raised more than a half million dollars in scholarship funds for needy students over the past 12 years.
