Rana Nawas is on a mission to help women win. She fulfills this mission through keynote speeches, strategic advisory services, workshops and her podcast, When Women Win, a broadcast featuring female role models from all walks of life who share inspirational stories and practical tools for personal and professional success.
By the end of its first season, When Women Win was the #1 most listened-to podcast on iTunes Middle East. Now in its third season, it is broadcast in 163 countries. When Women Win is also aired on all Emirates Airlines flights.
Rana left the corporate world after 17 years in a variety of strategy and sales roles with McKinsey & Company, the government of Dubai and GE Capital. At GE, she headed the Women’s Network for the Middle East, Africa & Turkey and led the effort to rewrite policies and bring about pay parity. Until recently, Rana was a chapter president of the Ellevate global women’s network.
Rana speaks at corporations and conferences and has been featured on CNN, Vogue Arabia and Dubai Eye. She has published articles in Forbes, Huffington Post, GQ and Entrepreneur Middle East.
Rana is a mother of two and wife of one.
