Manish Sarwal

Head of Commercial Asset Management – Private Equity/ Infrastructure

Manish serves as the Head of Commercial Asset Management in the Impax Private Markets team. He oversees the commercial aspects of the portfolio companies including finance and tax matters. Manish started at Impax in 2015 in the Group Finance team.

Prior to joining Impax, Manish worked at KPMG London for 6 years as an audit manager working on large-listed investment management clients.

Manish graduated from the University of Bristol in 2009 with a degree in Mathematics. He is also a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
