Lynette Jefferson oversees delivery of UBS sustainable investment products and solutions.

She is responsible for driving advisor and client education, global collaboration, developing and executing marketing strategy, and supporting product distribution and deployment of tools and resources. Her team focuses on expanding the number of diverse investment managers and strategies that address diversity, equality and inclusion.

Lynette joined UBS in 2006. She built the firm’s custom platform for ultra-high net worth advising — the UBS Consolidated Advisory Program (CAP), which lets advisors deliver customized, holistic, portfolio-level advice under a single agreement. Prior to that, Lynette led product management for the firm’s Institutional Corporate Cash Management business.

Lynette is active in several UBS leadership programs and employee networks, particularly those related to diversity, equality and inclusion. She received the 2020 WMA Home Office Leadership award for outstanding volunteer efforts. She is an inaugural member of the newly formed UBS Americas DE&I Council.

Lynette earned an MBA in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and a BS in applied mathematics and statistics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
