Non-Executive Director
Lyle joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in May 2024 and is a member of the Company’s Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees.
Lyle has considerable experience within the wealth, asset management and asset servicing space. He is currently Vice Chairman of Northern Trust, the latest role in a career within the Chicago-based financial services company spanning more than 20 years. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Lyle worked at Bank of America (formerly Continental Bank) in Chicago, where he held several leadership positions, including as a Senior Vice President in the Private Bank and Domestic Portfolio Management Group.
He serves as a Non-Executive Director to several organisations, including The Field Foundation of Illinois, Heidrick & Struggles International and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and as Trustee of the Impax Funds Series Trusts.
Lyle holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Florida A&M University and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Chicago.
