Kweilin leads McKinsey & Company’s life insurance practice in North America.
During her 22 years with the company, she has overseen multiple global transformations, integrated operations and strategy to empower employees and improved efficiency and effectiveness. Kweilin became the first woman to lead McKinsey & Company’s Minneapolis location in 2012.
Kweilin is a McKinsey Global Institute Director and has led numerous research efforts on topics including gender equality, the impact of COVID-19 on jobs and the future of work in a post-COVID-19 world.
Before McKinsey, Kweilin worked at the Center for Women & Enterprise, a nonprofit that helps women entrepreneurs start and grow businesses.
Kweilin earned an MBA at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science at Harvard University. She serves on the boards of @Makers and the Greater Twin Cities United Way. Kweilin lives in Minneapolis with her husband and three daughters.
