Ken Locklin

Director, Business Development

Ken joined Impax in 2011 and leads our North American outreach activities on issues related to climate change and sustainable investment, and our collaborations on these issues with interested institutions.

Ken’s career in clean energy enterprise investment and finance began in 1991. Before joining Impax, Ken served as the Director of Finance and Investment with the Clean Energy Group (CEG) and assisted in the creation of the Investor Network on Climate Risk.

Previously he was a founding partner at the Massachusetts Green Energy Fund and a Partner at EIF Group. Ken is a founder of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), the leading US renewable energy umbrella organization. He is a graduate of Yale University.
