Kelly Iosua

Co-Head of Global Credit Research

Kelly was appointed Co-Head of Global Credit Research in August 2024. In this role, Kelly is responsible for managing a multi-jurisdictional team of analysts and associates across London, New York, Denmark, Portsmouth (New Hampshire) and Hong Kong. Kelly leads the team of research analysts ensuring timely and added value proprietary research and idea generation to portfolio managers across several global mandates such as US and Global High Yield, Core Bond, Core Plus and EM credit. Kelly is part of the Senior Leadership group within the fixed income team and a member of the Credit Strategy Group.

Kelly joined Impax Asset Management in 2020 and is responsible for covering High Yield Consumer Sectors such as retail, consumer products, food & beverage, packaging, and supermarkets sectors. Kelly also covers equipment rentals and utilities.

Before joining Impax, Kelly held various credit research roles with Loomis Sayles & Company over a period of 13 years. She spearheaded various programmes during her time with Loomis including the Credit Research Training Program, the Steering Committee of the firm’s Women’s Network and participated in various firm mentorship programmes.

She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire and holds an MBA from Boston College – Carroll School of Management.
