Head of Compliance Assurance
John is responsible for independently overseeing global regulatory changes, employee conduct and compliance monitoring programmes.
Prior to joining Impax, John was the Head of Regulatory Developments for Janus Henderson Investors. Before joining Janus Henderson in 2012, John was a Regulatory Consultant for asset managers and banks in Europe and Asia.
John holds a master’s degree in Financial Regulation and Compliance Management from London Metropolitan Business School. He also holds several industry qualifications related to investment compliance, anti-money laundering and enterprise risk management.
