Jim manages assets under construction in Impax Asset Management’s NEF portfolio, and has extensive energy experience, having worked on the development, construction, and operations of wind, solar and thermal projects.
He has been a leader in the independent power industry since the early 1980s. Jim has created two wind and solar renewable energy companies which are active throughout the EU. Prior to this, Jim led the development of energy projects for General Electric Company in Europe, launching several new technologies. He has also worked at BP and Cogentrix.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Union College and an MBA from the Babcock School at Wake Forest University.
