Diana van Maasdijk is Co-Founder and CEO of Equileap, the leading provider of data and insights on gender equality in the corporate sector.
Equileap aims to accelerate progress toward gender equality in the workplace. Based in Amsterdam, the company researches and ranks more than 4,000 global public companies through its Gender Equality Scorecard™, which uses 19 criteria, including pay equity, parental leave, sexual harassment and gender balance in the workforce, in senior management and on the board of directors.
Diana has significant experience in philanthropy and social impact investing. Prior to launching Equileap she served as Head of Philanthropy at ABN AMRO Private Bank and Director of Development at Mama Cash, the world’s oldest international women’s fund.
Diana earned a Master of Arts in international development from American University and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College.
