D’Anne has been an Independent Trustee since 2015 and is a member of the audit committee.
She is the audit committee’s qualified financial expert and sustainability/ESG authority and a former senior financial management executive for two Fortune 100 companies.
D’Anne has served on the boards of four public companies and six private company boards across several industries, including retail, medical devices, technology and financial services. She is a senior faculty member of the National Association of Corporate Directors’ In-Boardroom Services practice.
D’Anne earned a Juris Doctor in corporate and securities law from Duke University School of Law, an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College.
