Independent Trustee, Impax Funds
Anne has been an Independent Trustee since 2017.
She has held a variety of senior-level positions in the financial services industry, including as chairman, president and CEO of MetLife Advisers, the investment adviser and fund administrator for the Metropolitan Series Fund. She served as chief counsel of MetLife’s Individual Business unit, where she oversaw the legal team responsible for providing advice and representation on matters pertaining to the unit, including the activities of more than 12,000 registered representatives involved in the distribution of securities products, as well as activities involving more than 100 billion dollars in assets under management.
Anne has served on the boards of several corporate entities and mutual funds.
